Union Girls Softball Association

UGSA MEMBERSHIP
The membership of the UGSA shall be the parents, step-parents or guardians of all registered children who have paid the required registration fee. Each registered child shall allow for two memberships. Membership to the Union Girls Softball Association will renew on March 1st each year. Only members may vote at membership meetings.

In accordance to the UGSA bylaws, nominations for officers shall be held at the regular meeting in August. All nominees shall meet membership requirements. The nominees shall be elected by a simple majority vote at the September regular meeting. The new slate of officers shall take office at the October regular meeting.
