The Ethics Committee is made up of members outside the board of UGSA. It will be the UBA board, excluding members who are also on the UGSA board. It is the duties of the Ethics Committee to investigate, review and recommend solutions for any complaint filed concerning the ethical conduct of members, participants and employees of the Union Girls Softball Association. The UGSA Ethics also recognizes those who strive to promote a positive influence with UGSA, their team and the community at large through the Wayne “Grandpa” Smith Outstanding Ethical Behavior Award. In addition to the Ethics Committee Board, all current coaches and managers are part of the Ethics Committee and may be called upon to investigate an Ethics complaint at any time.
